Timbers at The Pinery, custom homes on forested sites.

If you’ve ever dreamed of having a luxury home with spectacular mountain views, now’s your chance.

Promising “the best of the last,” Sterling Custom Homes will build the final 16 homes at Timbers at the Pinery near Parker.

“The final phase of Timbers at the Pinery is the best,” says Woody Howarth, Sterling Custom Homes president.

The first four lots go on sale this week, and he expects them to sell quickly.

This modern, luxurious enclave for single-family homes will sit on the highest elevation at Timbers, and each offers mountain views. “To have 16 mountain view lots is rare and extremely extraordinary,” Howarth says.

Choose your dream home

Each house will be one-of-a-kind. Design options include a mid-century modern, a modern prairie, a modern farmhouse, and more.

Sterling offers 400 designs for the houses that will be 4,000 to 5,000 square feet with three- or four-car garages.

“We can build anything anybody wants,” Howarth says. “Choose one of our model plans, or we will design a custom home for them; that’s what Sterling is known for.”

During the final phase, we will focus on the viewing corridors, Howarth says. Depending on the home’s orientation, the lots will offer Pikes Peak, Longs Peak, or Mount Evans views. Each house will come with floor-to-ceiling glass to showcase those vistas.

Timbers at the Pinery

Located 25 minutes from the Denver Tech Center and 40 minutes from Denver International Airport, Timbers at the Pinery also is close to a mix of shopping and dining options in nearby Parker and Castle Rock.

Residents also can join nearby Pinery Country Club and The Golf Club at Pradera, plus extensive walking and biking trails and plenty of open space.

The news and editorial staffs of The Denver Post had no role in this post’s preparation.
