Princess Eugenie has shared "gorgeous" new pictures of her son, delighting her Instagram followers.
The Queen's grand-daughter posted the two snaps on Wednesday, March 24, a day after her 31st birthday.
She gave birth to August on February 9 at the Portland Hospital in central London, with husband Jack Brooksbank by her side.
In one of the new photos, she and her husband pose by a tree as Eugenie cradles the baby boy – wearing a cardigan embroidered with his name.
A second picture shows the youngster with his eyes open and his head resting on his dad's shoulder.
The caption accompanying both of the images read: "Thank you for the birthday love yesterday.
"I got the best present I could ask for!"
One Instagram user responded: "I love how naturally beautiful everything about you and your family are. Happy birthday princess!"
Another said: "So happy for you and your family! God bless you."
A third added: "You both look so happy."
August is the Queen's ninth great-grandchild and 11th in line to the throne.
Earlier this month, a royal insider claimed Eugenie is the only total Meghan Markle is “still close to”.
They told US Weekly that they "are sort of an unlikely pair, but remain in contact" after they "bonded" over their pregnancies.
Both women also got married just five months apart at St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle in 2018.

Experts claimed the pair's surprise relationship builds on Prince Harry's already strong relationship with Eugenie.
Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand, royal journalists and authors of bestselling biography Finding Freedom, said their bond was down to the “strong relationship between their mothers brought them together”.
"Out of all the queen's grandchildren, Princess Eugenie and Prince Harry have one of the most natural connections. Like Harry, Eugenie is loyal, honest and great fun.”
