New Year’s Eve in Colorado: Try these Denver bars and restaurants for 2022

In case you have your heart set on a New Year’s Eve dinner or drinks reservation, we’re here to provide some bars and restaurants that still have seats available (as of Sunday, Dec. 19) and are sure to serve you quality food and beverages on the big night.

Note that these are just eight places that are still accepting reservations as of publication time. There will be plenty more options around town, especially if you’re willing to walk in and wait. (And be sure to follow the latest CDC and local COVID-19 guidelines when you go out to eat. In Denver, that means checking for vaccination requirements and/or wearing masks indoors.)

The Bindery may have availability for its eight-course New Year’s Eve dinner, but you can definitely order ahead for a gourmet meal to enjoy at home on Dec. 31. One option is a two-pound grilled lobster for two, served with sweet potatoes, pozole, ceviche and macarons ($180).

Coperta‘s festive Uptown restaurant is perfect for a NYE date night or small gathering.
