A vicious boyfriend who thew acid in his lover’s face and chopped her hand off with a meat cleaver has finally be jailed.
Kub Pha, 43, has been evading police on the run for 18 months after he brutally attacked his girlfriend when she tried to dump him.
Police said Pha attacked his partner with a meat clever and acid because she wanted to split up with him.
He was finally tracked down and sentenced to 14 years behind bars, The Sun reports.
Officers found the monster in Cambodia a year and a half after he attacked ex-girlfriend San Chenda.
He was convicted in his absence of attacking his girlfriend in the commune of Kandoeng in the district of Bati in the southern Cambodian province of Takeo in February 2019.
The suspect was arrested in the commune of O’Samril in the north-western province of Battambang on September 5 following an 18-month manhunt.
He has finally started serving his prison sentence.

Chenda eventually lost her left hand following the cruel attack with a meat cleaver.
According to a National Police report, Phablets attacked his lover because she wanted to split up with him.
The coward then fled after his attack and spent the next 18 months hiding from police.
An arrest warrant was issued on April 8, and Pha was initially charged with attempted murder by the Takeo Provincial Court on April 18.
He was subsequently sentenced to 14 years in prison.
Ngeng Chou, criminal police department chief for the Interior Ministry, said that Pha was taken to the Takeo Provincial Court on Sunday and began serving his sentence on the day of his arrest.
