A man’s “hotel lockdown brunch” has gone viral after he filmed himself cooking a sausage on an iron.
In the clip, uploaded on TikTok by user @jimmystewart59, he records the making of what he's dubbed his hotel lockdown brunch breakfast wrap and admits it was an “epic fail”.
Bizarrely, he fries sausages and bacon on an iron and shows them sizzle and get brown, dripping grease onto the table below.
Unfortunately, at that point, the rising smoke levels set off the fire alarm.
“Oh f*** not again,” he yells, quickly wafting a towel around to try and dispel the smoke.
Later, he speaks to the camera and says: "You'll never believe this – I've been asked to leave."
The video was watched more than 100,000 times on the video-sharing app and the Scotsman has gathered a lot of fans with his off-the-wall hotel cooking videos.
In another clip, he makes a curry in his hotel room using hair curlers and boil-in-a-bag rice, and, in a third, he even does a carbonara.
The latest video received hundreds of comments, with many suggesting he buys proper cooking implements.

One joked: “Can I buy you a slow cooker please?”
But another said: “Guy is a legend.”
“I’ve never been so proud to be Scottish,” chimed in a third.
Someone else said: “Thank you so much for that, proper made me laugh.”
But a critic blasted: “Imagine the poor s** who goes to iron a work shirt with that iron.”
It’s not clear if Jimmy did use a hotel iron or if it was his own – he’s previously said the curling tongs he used to make his curry were ones he'd brought along himself.
