A ballsy dad has been running in the shape of giant penises to lose weight and raise money all at the same time.
Adam Linsell, 36, has been spicing up his usual 5km runs with creatives routes around his home in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire with a good cause in mind.
After catching attention from the public for his routes over social media, Adam decided to raise money for charity in testicular cancer awareness and support.
Thanks to fans of his phallic inspired exercise – some particularly detailed – Adam has already smashed his £500 target, and then some.
He told HertfordshireLive: "I follow a lady from America called Dick Run Claire who does it, and thought I need to do one in my local area.
"I did it and everyone loved it.
"Between my circle of mates we're all laughing, and think it's hilarious, and we started competing against each other."
After it attracted a lot of attention on social media, going viral on Facebook and Reddit, Adam thought he could do something useful with it.
The dad-of-two explained he has no connection with testicular cancer or knows anyone who has it, but he found a small charity that runs as a support information network for men that are going through treatment and diagnosis.

In helping that charity he has also managed to help himself, losing over a stone in the process.
So far, Adam has raised over £2,600, exceeding his initial target of just £500. His page was also in the top 5% for most successful fundraising pages in February.
He has set up a website where anyone can map out their own penis route and start to raise money for men's charities.
Adam has also tried to experiment with other shapes. On Valentine's Day, he attempted the word 'love'.
"It turned out great, but I put it on the internet and no one cared," he added.
"They wanted more penises, they want to see more balls."
Adam hopes to run even further, making more penis shapes in the process, once he is able to do so.

"The 7.25k is the longest I've ever run since I was a kid," he said.
"It would be nice to do a big one but it all depends on whether I can find that size, maybe outside Welwyn Garden City, another town in Herts, or a big open field."
