It has often been rumoured that conjoined twins are somewhat telepathically linked.
And for 23-year-old Gabby Garcia, that is very much true.
Gabby and sister Michaela were born a month premature, but Michaela sadly died aged 13.
The twins, from California, were joined at the belly button, which left them with one leg each and their early lives filled with operations.
Michaela died 10 years ago after complications from one of those surgeries.
But now, Gabby is hoping to become more “girlie”, as her sister was, in the hopes that she can “channel” her and has been using TikTok to educate others about being conjoined and her disability, The Mirror reports.
She said: “I didn’t really expect people to take such an interest in it – it went completely viral overnight and I ended up getting like 100,000 followers.
“I kind of fell in love with it, and I always say I hope she’s proud of me, I finally came around to being a girlie girl, and I wish she was here to experience that with me – I feel like I can channel her through me.
“I was a tomboy, and my twin, she was so girlie and so out there and very, very, very outgoing. She would always tell me, ‘Gabby, please put makeup on with me; let me put makeup on you’ and I would never budge."
Gabby now has around 230,000 followers on TikTok, where she posts under the name OneLegGabby.
Her educational and very open videos are now averaging around 150k views per video, and her audience appears to love the her and the content.
