Have a blackhead? Allow dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, to take care of it. She’s the Internet’s resident blackhead queen—and she’s handled everything from a huge, gnarly back blackhead to a set of juicy ones on a patient’s neck.

Now, adderall side effects testicles in a brand new YouTube video, Dr. Pimple Popper is taking on a hidden “blackhead paradise.” “Come(done) on over to blackhead paradise!” she captioned the vid. “My patient came in with a back blackheads that were ready to be extracted.”

The 15-minute long clip shows Dr. Pimple Popper using her trusty comedone extractor to pull out blackhead after blackhead. Big ones, little ones, long ones, thick ones—you name it, Dr. P is popping it:

Popaholics in the comments couldn’t get enough of these super satisfying pops. “I really wish the video would’ve been longer. I can watch this stuff for hours,” one fan wrote. Someone else added, “Hooray for blackheads galore 😍🧡😍🧡😍🧡.”

Other fans loved listening to Dr. Pimple Popper’s comments while she works. “You got some good ones in here!” she tells her patient. “I told you!” he replies.

And if you’re curious about blackheads in general, Dr. P has you covered. She explained everything in the video’s description: “Blackheads are something we are all familiar with, but did you know they are also called open comedones?” she wrote.

“Blackheads are usually caused by a pore that gets clogged with keratin (skin protein) and sebum (oil). Given the black color many believe these spots are clogged with dirt, but really it’s the exposure to air that oxidizes the clogged pore and turns it black. Don’t worry though, most blackheads can be extracted with a trusty comedone extractor!” Who knew?
