You can now buy Lotus biscuits covered in chocolate at Asda and Poundland

If you're a fan of Lotus Biscoff and love chocolate, your day is just about to get a whole lot better.

That's because chocolate versions of the famous caramel biscuit have been spotted at UK supermarkets.

The crumbly treats boast the same delicious taste as the original Lotus biscuit but are covered in Belgian milk chocolate.

And they're currently being sold at Asda, Sainsbury's and Poundland stores up and down the country.

  • Morrisons slash price of large Easter eggs and prices start from £2

Poundland is selling the chocolate-covered biscuits in packs of seven, with each packet containing three biscuits – meaning you'll get 21 Lotus Biscoff treats for £1. Sounds good to us.

Asda and Sainsbury’s are selling them for the same price but they're currently on promotion.

Meaning the chocolate Lotus biscuits are usually a bit more expensive. Asda typically sells them for £1.49, while Sainsbury's normally charges £1.25 for each pack.

Annoyingly you can't buy them online, so will have to head down to your nearest Asda, Sainsbury's or Poundland store.

The original Lotus biscuits are popular for their caramel taste and go perfectly with a steaming cuppa.

Want to buy some online? Waitrose is offering packs of seven for only £1 on their website.

Or if you really want to stock up, Amazon sells a box of 300 for £8.95. Bargain.

Those who are looking for Easter treats will be pleased to find that Morrisons has dropped the price of large chocolate eggs from the likes of Cadbury and Nestle.
