Twix lovers can now get their mitts on a salted caramel version of the chocolate treat – after many called for it to happen on social media.
With salted caramel versions of the Kit Kat Chunky and M&Ms having already hit the shelves, the Twix is the latest favourite to give in to the tasty trend.
The snacks are very similar to normal Twix bars with one key difference – the plain caramel sitting between the layers of biscuit and milk chocolate coating will be replaced by salted caramel instead.
The bars have been spotted on sale in Co-op stores by customers, and are only available to buy in the 'xtra' version which will set you back £1 rather than the usual 60p – but considering the larger size, it's a price we're willing to pay.
If you needed anymore persuading, the new version even comes in at fewer calories than the normal size pack at just 224, as reported by The Sun.
It'll come as welcome news to a lot of fans, who have been tweeting Mars Chocolate demanding to be given a salted caramel Twix for months.
One said: "When will salted caramel Twix be available in the UK, I NEED to know!"
A second threatened: "OK living in a world without salted caramel Twix sucks. @Twix respond or I’ll commit an unspeakable horror."
A third wrote: "I’m thinking @Twix never getting into Twix with salted caramel is one of the greatest generational innovation misses of my time."
Thankfully, their prayers have been answered – but, with Co-op not offering online shopping, you'll have to head to the store to get your hands on one.
